Instructions for Use:Before using the new pan, wash it with water, pre -pack the internal coating by greased it with oil or food fat, then reap it and dry with a soft rag. Do not overheat the vacuum pan, always cook over moderate heat, to avoid waste of energy and obtain a better cooking result.
Never cut food inside the pan. The washing in the dishwasher is not recommended. Wash with soap and water or normal detergents. In the event of a slight discoloration after prolonged use, boil in the pan for about 5 minutes a key of water with a spoonful of vinegar then dry and recondition the interior as indicated for the first use.
