Right of withdrawal and returned

Italian law (art. 5 Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n.185) establishes that the consumer who acts for purposes unrelated to his commercial activity - retailers and companies are excluded - can make use of the right of withdrawal and return the product to the seller, in the cases provided for by law, and obtain the relative reimbursement or replacement.
For any reason it was not satisfied with the purchase made, the Customer will therefore have the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty
